Lager

Lagers come in an array of colours from pale and amber to dark, although pale lager is the most commercially available style of beer.

Is there a difference between beer and lager? In short, all lager is beer, but we’re talking lager versus ale, and the distinction is that lagers are beers that are fermented slowly at low temperatures from the bottom up. Ales are beers which ferment quickly from the top down, brewed at warm temperatures.

Browse our selection of East Anglian-produced lagers and pilsners from Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex breweries or mix and match with our full range of local beers here. UK mainland delivery is £5.99 or FREE on orders over £50 (terms apply). We can also deliver locally, or collection can be arranged.
